For auction is my 1966 Mustang Coupe. Originally a V8 car it has been converted by a previous owner to a 6 cylinder, 4-lug set up. The same owner also had the car resprayed, had the engine/box rebuilt, fuel tank/sender replaced and had nearly all of the exterior chrome replaced. On top of this I have spent over $2k in the last six months on new parts. Examples are - under-dash harness and rear harnessdash switches and knobs (ignition / wiper / turns + more)gearshift trimmatsdoor panels / handles / windersbrake master cylinder / lines / fluid / hoses / adjusters etcGrant steering wheeland lots more. As with all cars this age, the car is by no means perfect. However, it starts, drives and most importantly stops when you want it to. It still has a valid NY inspection - although this was before I removed the parking brake mechanism - this is the only major piece of work that needs doing - all the parts are included in the sale. Underneath the car is rot-free as far as I can tell - there is some surface rust but that's really all that it is. In NY, older cars do not come with a title - there is a Transferable Registration which is in my name at my address. This is "clear". I will also include various magazines, manuals and all of the receipts for the money I've spent on the car. Complete under-dash harness with wiring for emergency flasher and center console - includes new fusebox Glovebox insert and glovebox light Ignition switch Matching ignition barrel and door locks Headlamp switch and knob Wiper knob Turn signal knob Cigar lighter Heater plate and knobs Heater cables Heater box, radiator and fan Courtesy light holders and bulbs Dash bezel, lens and gauge lights Wiper system removed and renovated with new wiper pivot seals fitted (2 speed wipers with option for washer pump) New gearshift knob and surround trim Front door panels, armrests, window winders, door handles, pins and pin bezels. Floor mats. Complete front to rear harness which includes wiring to reverse lights, taillights, plate light and fuel sender. Taillight housings, gaskets, covers, bulbs. Front brake lines, hoses, master cylinder, all 4 wheel cylinders, adjusters and mounting hardware replaced. Most of the parts have been bought from Mustangs Unlimited and have been the higher quality Scott Drake parts - I also have an unfitted Scott Drake reverse light kit to go in. An original 1966 red steering wheel is also included.
