2000 Honda Shadow VLX for sale. This bike has a lot of Chrome that makes it really look nice. This motorcycle rides great and is really comfortable. I'm 6' and my dad had a bike like this and was 6'4" and a lady at our church sat on it and she loved that she should stand and sit comfortable and she was 5'6. This motorcycle has been very well maintained and out of the weather. I've been currently getting about 55 Miles per Gallon. I purchased the bike with 3,600 miles and put on 11,000 miles myself over the last 4-5 years. But still has low miles of 14,250. The bike sounds like a Harley because the original owner punch wholes in the baffles of the muffler. Sounds good but I noticed the last couple of years I can hear a rattle in the one pipes when sitting at a light or in neutral in the driveway. But its has never bothered me so I left it alone. The only other little blemish is just bellow the Honda Shadow emblem that I tried to show on the last picture that I did when I stored it last winter. I haven't touched it but would be an easy fix with touch up black paint. The only reason I'm selling this bike is because I purchased a used Honda Goldwing. The color is red and black. The Honda Shadow red for this year is really a burgandy looking color, but to me looks really sharp. There are no rips in the seat. Put new tires on last fall. My wife and I would ride this together to local resterants and events and I rode it a lot when the gas prices went up. Hope you will enjoy the bike as much as I have and good luck with the bidding.
