Engine type: Water-cooled 739 cc inline-3, 2-stroke. Electric starter. We have installed a new battery and changed the fluids. The engine runs well. The dual-disc front brakes need adjustment, the rear brakes are mechanical and work fine. Turn signals do not flash. Transmission shifts well. The Vetter Windjammer II fairing and windscreen is in excellent condition, with compartments that include hand boots for the handlebars. Also installed on the bike is an accessory luggage rack. The bike is in good condition, the seat is excellent, with a accessory back rest. The “Flake Orange” paint in good condition, Dash and gauges are in good condition. The chrome is showing pitting and the body condition is very good just a few small dents on the front fender. This motorcycle was last licensed for the road in 1977. Since 1978 the bike has been part of a large museum collection of cars and motorcycles and has not been run or driven. The bike has been housed inside on static display. Bidders please take into account that until last month, the bike has not been run or driven or driven to the best of our knowledge since 1978 so mechanicals will need to be fully checked, tuned and although the tires look good, they are old.
