1971 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400. Originally an Esprit, the car was mildly restored as a Formula 400 by the second owner, who worked for a local Pontiac Dealer in town. This car has only had 3 owners and the 3rd has owned it 15 years as a daily driver! Stacks of receipts go back 20 years! Lots of extra parts, original owners manual, spare tire cover, trunk mat, etc. I believe this has been an all Arizona car. It is very very solid and reliable! Very very original! Odometer shows 69,XXX miles but it is actually 169,XXX. The car looks great but could use some fresh paint from the AZ sun. The only rust is slight surface rust in the trunk from a leaky water jug in the past. Everything on this car works like it should and starts right up, no problem! There really is only a drop or two of oil leaks in my garage even. The car has working Air Conditioning, Pioneer sound system, all lights, all gauges, even the clock in the dash works great! The only thing that isn't original is the blower fan speed switch. There was an aftermarket speed switch installed as the OE type was no longer in production. You don't see 40 year old, 3 owner AZ rust free daily driver cars like this!!! Don't miss out!
