Here it is - a nice clean Honda Pacific Coast. I bought this about 2 years ago with 22,000 miles on it. I spent about a year looking for a clean example to buy. I am the 3rd owner. The gentleman I bought it from, told me he used to be a GM of a Honda dealership and this bike was owned by a Honda mechanic. The owner's manual has dates and initials when all maintenance was performed up to 20,000 miles or so. The tires had less than 100 miles when I bought the bike. Except for 1 oil change, I have done nothing to the bike. I went for a 60 mile ride today and it rides fine. I'm not implying a warranty but I would feel confident that some could pick up this bike and ride cross country with no problems if they desired - but remember - this bike is over 20 years old. The reason I bought the bike was my wife and I both had scooters - she had a Honda Helix and I had a Yamaha Riva. She sold her scooter and bought a Yamaha 250 V-Star. So I felt like a wimp when we stopped at a biker bar and she was on a motorcycle and I was on a scooter. Anyway, I must be a wimp because I like the scooter better for the type of riding a do. I use it for running errands around town and rarely go over 40 mph. I also get nervous riding on the highway. This is a real nice Honda Pacific Coast in excellent original condition. This would be a great starter bike or a nice touring bike for an experienced rider. As i said this is a 20 year old bike so there are some scratches - the worst being the right side mirror - which was scraped against the wall of my garage. I have attached a photo of that. If this sells for more than $3,000, I'll throw in a rainsuit and a service manual. The owners manual and original toolkit will go with the bike regardless of selling price. I'm a 55 year old CPA with no kids, so you know this bike was not abused while I owned it. We can discuss delivery for a fee - please e-mail if interested. I've had a couple of e-mails on the scratches I mentioned. There are a few other scratches, as you would find on a 20 year old bike, but they are hard to see and photograph. They are very minor compared to the scratch on the right side mirror.
