My vintage P.U. is about ready for a new home and would like to have a new roof over her head as these North Dakota winters are cold and this baby isn't getting out like she should. This vehicle is still road ready and runs great. It has two new front tires, tune-up and the usual going over. The interior is about 80% stock and I have the dash paint and gauge decals here for the new owner. All 6 v. and just installed a new battery. All gauges work and I placed a new sending unit from the gas tank. Very little rust on this baby and has some minor dents over the years but not extensive. RUST ISSUES OFTEN COME UP, BUT THIS TRUCK HAS NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO SALT. The undercarriage on this vehicle shows very little rust. I have the 1952 original registration of the 1st owner. I have been careful to use only stock parts and over time my supplier has been James Carter out of Missouri. The brakes are A1 and it is surprising how easy this truck starts and shifts. Usually the 4 on the floor will grind in and out of gear but this has never been the case. No exhaust smoke but is lacking a muffler at this time. I will throw in some extras like and new starter plus voltage regulator, etc. NOTE; Most of these trucks had grey paint on the hub caps, bumpers and grill because of the Korean War when chrome was scarce.
