2001 Ford Escort Sedan 2.0L Up for sale here is a Ford Escort sedan we have owned this car for roughly a year now and it has served us well! It was adult driven it's whole lifetime and owned by NON-smokers and has been pet-free. The guy who owned it before us was a Ford mechanic and it was garage kept for almost 5 years! This car is very clean with perfect interior (no rips, burn holes, etc) also there is virtually no rust on this car at all! The exterior on the car I would rate a 7/10 only because the clear coat on the hood is starting to flake however there is no rust on the hood and the paint is still good just the clear coat. The car currently holds a PA inspection which is set to expire 12/2011 I was just recently told by my mechanic that the car will need new tires, it currently has roughly 30% tread left on the front's and about 20% left on the rear. I just recently had the oil changed in the car along with a new air filter, spark plug's and new spark plug wires. This car is in 100% working order and has never left me sit. There are no major dent's or dings. We have changed the oil in this car every 3,000 miles and have all the service records to prove that and so did the ford mechanic before us. The vehicle has never been wrecked to my knowledge however the title says "reconstructed" and that was done for tax purposes when we purchased the vehicle.
