I've decided to sell my 1929 Model A Phaeton My vision for this car was simple. A Model A that a bunch of high school and slightly older kids might have pulled up in at Muroc dry lake in 1946 perhaps. License is current. There are a bunch of parts not in the photos that are included, such as fenders, a usable '32 grille shell, some '29 commercial head lamps, and parts of an early 28 drum tail light I was going to incorporate. Seats are correct to the phaeton and in great shape. It sits on a 1930 chassis that is in great condition. It runs and drives excellent. The engine is a mystery. When you drive the car it will be obvious that it is more than fresh. It runs much stronger than any stock Model A I've ever had. Exhaust is noisy. Transmission is quiet (for a Model A) and shifts easy. Rear end is quiet. Brakes are excellent. It has stock mechanical brakes. Chassis wise, it won't require much if any at all. Tires are classic 'big n littles'. 7.00 - 16's on the back and 6.00 -16's up front on '35 wires. I purchased all new wiring looms and have them partially installed. Ready for lights etc to get it road worthy. It has a current Nevada title with numbers that match the engine in the vehicle. It won't take much to finish this car and get it on the road as a very fun tourer. The patina is something folks can argue over. Me I wasn't going to disturb it. Any true hot rodder that sees it swoons. But the new owner will have to ultimately make that call. It has some rust outs. Half dollar sized hole is the biggest. Basically a pretty decent solid old body. All of the original wood in the body is pretty much gone. It needs a wood kit installed. The photos tell a pretty good story. Price is $12,225
