You are looking at my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Color is green or blue depending on if it is dirty and/or lighting. I've owened this truck since the middle of 2007 and it was my daily driver up until May of 2011. It has been a solid truck for me but now my job requires a lot of travel and the gas milage isn't that great on these:-( New tires last fall and brakes in spring 2010. Drives solid and engine and transmission are strong. I drove this 20 miles round trip to work 5 days a week and couple hundred miles every other weekend! It made a trip up to Boston and down to Orlando with NO issues. AC is cold, power doors, window cruise work fine. Sunroof and rear window work great! New battery this past spring. Issues with this truck? There are some scratches on the sides of the bed from where the previous owner had straps or something? While the door locks and windows work there is an internal issue on the driver's door. The door lock won't go all the way up or down but you can see it moving which is weird. The window goes up and down but the back side won't stay in the track. You have to guide it up with your hand. Also the 4X4 stopped working this past spring. I had it tested and the good news is the motor on the transfer is working. You can crawl under the truck and engage the 4X4. I was told by the mechanic the motorola relay is bad. It is over behind the passanger side kickplate on the inside the the truck. This part alone costs about $500 and I was told I could run a toggle switch to engage the 4X4 motor but didn't want to "crap" up the truck. As far as the window and door lock I am not sure what the issue is going on there. The rails that run along the cab has the usual rust for this type of truck. Does have the tailgate extender but one side is missing the lock in and one of the middle connectors is broken. STILL WORKS AND LOCKS. Also I still owe the bank on this truck. It is right around $2000 which is going to be close to my reserve. Please understand I can not afford to pay off the truck before I sell it here. Your deposit will be enough for the pay off. We can do the bill of sale and all but you can't take the truck until I have the title so PLEASE understand this. Check my feedback. I am on the up and up but I can NOT afford to pay off the truck myself. If you live in Pennsylvania I will pay to have the truck State Inspected and get that squared away before you pick it up. I will also have the truck professionally detailed if the winning bid is over $2500!! If it isn't over $2500 I will clean it out myself. This is a great truck with a few things wrong with it. My reserve is WELL below blue book price. If you have ANY questions please ask. The truck is parked in front of my house and if you are close enough to come and take a look/drive that will be ok. There is no rust on the body other then those side rails you can see in the picture. Compared to most Ford's like this it is in fantasic shape body wise. Also I can be hit and miss because of my job so if you want to come and look at it shoot me a message and we'll work it out.
