If you want a '57 Chevy that you can get in and drive anywhere...... THIS IS IT!!!!! This '57 Chevy has a 70's model 350 V8 with a new Edlebrock 700 carb, a Muncie 4 spd. transmission updated Chevrolet rear end with a hwy gear, making it a BLAST to drive and runs STRONG!!! The car is an old school build. It has been built for approx. 15 years. The paint is 12 yrs old and still looks great! Just look at the pictures!!! It has been maintained and renewed over the years to keep her running like a top and driving as smooth and straight as she does now. It has standard drum brakes that work great. New bumpers. New side trim panels. New end caps on the bumper. The good thing about the car being built for this long is there is nothing to hide, nothing recently covered up for you to find later. The car has some small bubbles along the bottom of each door. (not bad, easy fix) and a small place, 6"x6", in the trunk floor, again an easy fix. The underside of the car looks good and the floors are solid! One floor pan was replaced years ago and done well and is fine! (sorry, no lift for pics.) There is no wiper motor on the car at this time and the windshield rubber could use replaced. Not much at all for being built for 15 years!!!! It is a long time local car, so the history is known.
