I will work with you on a reasonable offer The good: New Cluster ($900) 7/18/2011 Timing chain tensioners changed Both VANOS sensors changed Strong engine,AC,Heat and 20inch factory aluminum rims (style 87) Black leather interior in great condition 6 CD changer. New rear pads and rotors (drilled and slotted)and the front breaks probably have about 2000 miles on it (also drilled and slotted) Look at pics Great in snow!!! The Bad The dealer says the tranny has to be replaced. However, after talking with the rep and asking what exactly is wrong with the tranny, we came to the following conclusion. The wiring harness in the tranny which is connected to the valve body needs to be replaced (part # 24.34-1 423 719). The tranny control module should be repaired/replaced (www.autocomputersystems.com). The ABS/DSC module should also be repaired/replaced (www.autocomputersystems.com). According to the dealer, that is what is preventing the vehicle from starting and running, after they did their diagnostic. So the vehicle needs: ABS/DSC module repaired/replaced Tranny control module repaired/replaced Tranny wiring harness The vehicle is not running and would need to be towed.
