1952 Cadillac series 62. NOT RUNNING! I have the heads off and one is cracked. I have not looked for another, and it could possibly be fixed. Car was running when I got it in February, but was obviously not right, so I pulled the radiator and had it re-cored and the tanks re-built ($800). Once I installed the radiator and let it run it was obvious that there was a head problem. There is one piston that is pitted, but still useable. The walls are clean and I believe it could be driven without a re-build, but cannot guarentee it. It needs an exhaust, and the heater hoses need to be replaced and connected to the under seat heater The gas tank leaks where the fuel line is connected. I had the generator re-built and put to 12V. The brakes and WW Firestone's are new, and the bulbs have been replaced with 12V bulbs. some of the dash lights were re-installed in the wrong holes. No power anything, so less problems! The car is for sale as is where is. Shipmement is responsibility of the buyer. Again it does not run and I will assist with loading it on a trailer or transport truck. Please feel free to make me an offer, I will not be offended. I just simply lost interest in this project. I have receipts for the work I've done, and it comes with a shop manual.
