Never restored, original except for custom paint on gas tank & side panels. The paint is excellant, relly make the bike stand out in a crowd. All chrome is bright and shinny no pits, no rust. Paint on frame & swing arm very nice no rust here. The owners manuals are still under the seat. This bike is in very good condition the only problems I can see is a very small dent on top of the front fender, a small dent on the odometer and small scratch on engine side case, I have tried to show them in the pictures. The inside of the gas tank is good & clean no rust,. Starts with one kick everytime, runs strong, a lot of torque, goes up & down through all five gears very smooth. All lights, blinkers & horn operational. I will mention the neutral light is out and electric starter does not operate at first start-up but does operates are the bike has been ridden. Tires have good tread but could be replaced. All I have had to do is polish & shine as you can see in the pictures, This motorcycle is a bike night favorite, gets a lot of attention young & old alike. The motorcycle is very easy & fun to ride, my wife enjoys riding it. I would not hesitate to jump on it and go anywhere in the state. Unfortunitly it has sat in my garage covered for most of the last four years, so my wife says it needs to go.If you have been looking for one of these bikes you would find many in better original conidition.
