1969 Fiat 124 Sport! What a great way to enjoy the rest of the summer. Advanced for its time this 124 was equipped with a high revving double overhead cam engine, 5-speed transmission, and four wheel disc brakes. This example is a very solid car that can be enjoyed as a daily driver or restored to the next level. Engine- Sounds and runs great, super exhaust note. Has had a new timing belt and water pump in the last two years. No leaks. Transmission- A new clutch was installed, no slippage. Shifts smooth and does not pop out of gear. Body- Amateur paint on a solid body, but not show quality. Has some minor imperfections, small dings, more daily driver than contours winner. Interior- Needs carpets, drivers side seat needs redone, dash cracked, other imperfections present but still a fun place to sit. Other- A new gas tank was installed approximately 2 years ago, the drivers side floor has a patch, not crusty underneath. Still solid. Top has shrunk some, no interior lining. Has original tool kit , jack, and top cover. Title is a clear Ohio title, marked odometer discrepancy. Conclusion: Solid car with potential. Not perfect. Fun to drive and look at. I have had it stored for the last two years, it runs good but may require some sorting. Please ask any questions you may have. Patch in floorboard drivers area, perforation in front of driverside swaybar, and small amount of perforation on edge of passenger floor. Very solid.
