OK, so summer has arrived. You want top-down fun, but also want a car that’s quick, gorgeous, and built like to last. Oh, and you want it in excellent condition, service history, and don’t want to pay a lot. Great news! Your car is here! Take a peek at this adorable 2007 Mini Cooper S convertible, and it’s a Sidewalk limited edition to boot! Mint condition, fully inspected, and ready to roll. Even more importantly, one owner and no issues at all. Two recent inspections to make sure everything (including the convertible top) is in perfect operating condition. This car was serviced, garaged, and it shows. It needs nothing but a new owner, and looks/drives like a brand new car. -- Here is your new Mini! -- Please let me stop you now if you are looking for a cheap Mini convertible. I see them all the time, including ones with lower miles, and I pass on buying them. Try finding one like this; super low miles, and fully inspected. NO STORIES OR SURPRISES! Sure, there may be cheaper ones. But none better. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: The ‘acciddent’ listed on the Autocheck report was a bump to the plastic rear bumper cover in a parking lot. The bumper cover was repainted to a professional standard. There was NO damage to the car otherwise, and all body panels and paint are original as verified by a digital paint meter. The frame and unibody were inspected as well and are original and untouched. *** Here's the deal: -- This is a 2007 Mini Cooper S convertible Sidewalk edition in Astro black metallic over malt brown leather. It has chrome/aluminum trim, and contrasting black carpets and headliner, and a black convertible top. This Mini S cabriolet Sidewalk has only 18,xxx miles, looks like a million bucks, and drives like a million bucks too! These photos are all taken after a wash and vacuum. No detailing of any kind yet. The worst offense of this car is that the interior is a little dusty due to the extremely low miles! – -- Exterior 9.95 out of 10 (I'm finicky) - Fantastic overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings, no dents, no scuffs, only a few minor surface scratches, and those will come out in detailing anyway. It looks amazing, with a deep shine to the glossy black metallic paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage. No swirl marks! -- -- This car has never had any body or paintwork to its body panels, and it wears all the original body panels. Even the lower side-body moldings are in great shape. Chrome, rubber, glass, trim is all very nice. No oxidation, fade, wear, rust, etc. Headlights and windshield are clear and do not have ‘road-rash’.-- -- Look at the body panels.....they are laser straight. -- -- The tires have only 15% or so tread remaining. But at the buy-it-now price, I will include a set of new 205/45/17 Ventus V12 max performance summer tires worth over $650 mounted and balanced. The multi-spoke wheels are true with no bends (some have a little curb rash to the edges). This Mini Cooper S convertible drives straight as an arrow at any speed you choose. -- -- Interior 10 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in great original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, and ZERO wear of any kind on the leather (driver’s bolster shows zero wear too which in these cars is very rare). Everything looks and feels near-new. No smoking ever. -- -- The door panels and alum/chrome trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. The insulated headliner also looks like new. -- -- Even the trunk is mint. -- -- This Mini is loaded including leather, Premium (multi-function wheel, cruise, auto HVAC, etc), Sport (DSC, sport seats, fog lamps, 17” wheels, etc), parking sensors, HK stereo, factory HID headlights, chrome interior trim, and much more. -- src="http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc266/brucem105/2007minis/console.jpg"> -- The convertible top with ‘sunroof’ feature operates perfectly. Take a look at the mechanical parts of the top that most sellers will not show you. They look great and are in mint operating condition. – -- Here’s your Mini Cooper S convertible ready to cruise on a sunny day. Enjoy this hot summer! -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, and power mirrors work perfectly. Power locks, keyless entry remote, etc. all operating properly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect with hot heat and ice-cold A/C. -- --Mechanically 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth yet aggressive, and downshifts eagerly. This car runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. -- -- Engine is strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Suspension is tight like new, but floats on a cloud just like a convertible cruiser is supposed to do. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. This car drives and handles like new. -- -- This Mini has all its books, working remote key, and its service history is available from any Mini dealer! With only 18K miles, it’s not even broken in yet. Full inspection by two shops already complete. All you have to do is drive. -- -- If someone selects the buy-it-now option, I will provide the following: the set of mounted and balanced Ventus V12 max-performance 17” tires mentioned above. Mini floor mats AND Mini front all-season rubber mats. The Mini OEM wind blocker with case. A full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also include ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff! That’s over $1200 in value all included at the BIN price! In the alternative, you can make your deposit via bank wire transfer and we can provide you via email the information needed to make such wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements acceptable to us are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must scan/email or fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. We also require proof of insurance prior to delivering any vehicle. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a bank/cashier’s check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup as soon as the wired funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank/cashier’s check, you will have to wait for the title until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, we have the sole right to select the venue and location where such dispute will be heard.
