this is a 1987 chevy monte carlo ls euro with t-tops. i have owned this car since 2007. i dove this car up until last winter.did not tag the car this summer. i am selling because i dont have the money or the time to fix it up the way it should be. this could be a real nice car with some tlc. all the glass looks to be good, no cracks or chips, except 1 chip on the windshield. the hood, 2 front fenders look to be solid, just a small golf ball size dent, and scratches. the trunk lid is also solid. the 2 doors are starting to rust at the bottoms. rust all the way though at spots. rocker panels starting to rust also. the 2 back side panels has rust and bondo, on each side of the tires just below the stainless still, inside the trunk looks to be solid. the drivers side floor looks to be rusted though, cant tell if the passenger side is or not.all floors look to have rust. just cant tell how bad. under the back seat looks to be ok. but who knows how bad any of this under the carpet. the seats are not all torn up. but could use a good cleaning. the dash has cracks. missing radio. the mileage reads 91704, but i know there must be more than that. its probly more like 191704 or 291704. dont even know if the engine is original. after a heavy rain the trunk and under the back seat is wet, dont know where its leaking. the gas gauge dont work. trans pan leaks. and theres oil leakage some where. there is also something draining the battery. theres a short in the wiring. theres small chips and scratches in many parts of the paint. this car has a 350 engine. a edelbrock air filter, valve covers and 4 barrel carburator. this car starts and runs. just needs to fix the leaks. it has 17 inch pulse rims and capitol radial tires p215 / 50r17 90h m+s. this car is being sold as-is, no refunds, this is a fix-er-upper. this would be a great restoration project car. this car is not mint. and im not trying to say it is. all sells are final. i have described the car to the best of my knowledge. but could of missed some thing, so please ask any and all question before you bid. this car is for local pick up or buyer sets up transportation. thanks for looking and good luck. serious bidders only please.
