RUNS GOOD, LOOKS GOOD, READY TO ROLL!!! WE HAD THIS CAR IN OUR SHOP AND EVERYTHING CHECKS OUT! The engine, transmission and rear all work as they should. The power windows, locks, mirrors, remote entry, heat and AC all work right. All the tires have approx. 70% tread on them. The interior is really clean, no holes, rips or tears in the upholstery. It is hard to take photos of shiny black cars, they reflect everything. There are the usual road chips you would find on any car that has been driven, but less then you would expect in a car of this ones age. The black paint on the windshield wipers has flaked off in areas and there is a small surface scratch on the right side of the bumper. This is a nice car that will take you anywhere and won't cost an arm and a leg at the gas pumps. TERMS OF SALE: We sell our cars through many venues so we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 deposit with a bank wire transfer, cash, or with a credit card by telephone within 48 hours of the auction's end to secure the vehicle.We accept Visa, MC and Discover. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Buy It Now sales require deposits paid within 24 hours and remaining balance in full to be paid within 48 hours. Balances to be paid by wire transfer,confirmed bank check, or cash. A limit of $2,000 can be applied to any one credit card, with the remaining balance being paid as stated above. If the deposit is not received or the transaction is not completed in the specified time,and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the auto will be offered for resale and negative feedback will be posted. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAY-PAL, BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HOLD ON TO THE FUNDS FOR 3-4 WEEKS ( A NEW POLICY THEY HAVE). SINCE WE WILL NOT RELEASE A VEHICLE OR TITLE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL THIS MEANS ANY BUYER WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US TO MAKE PAYMENT. WE DO NOT FEEL IT WOULD BE FAIR TO HAVE A BUYER PAY AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR AUTO. WE DO ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD, BANK TRANSFERS OR CASH. BUY IT NOW CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS AND MAKE PAYMENT TO HAVE US END THE AUCTION EARLY. All financial transactions must be completed before taking delivery of the vehicle. Shipping is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Any vehicle sold for less than $2000 is AS-IS, no exceptions. All sales are final and No warranty or guarantee is offered or implied for any auto unless specifically noted in the vehicle description, or unless an alternate agreement is made between the buyer and seller. An extended warranty may be available on the vehicle being auctioned, please ask about this option if you are interested as it must be obtained prior to delivery.
