Up for sale is my personal daily driver BMW 740I. Thsi BMW has been maintained to the highest degree. At 140,000 I had every little thing done. We started with the Valley pan gasket, all o-rings and intake gaskets.Of course all o fthe natural tune up stuff was done. Now, if you are buying a BMW V-8, you should not buy one unless this has been performed. This service is NOT cheap. I also had all of the front suspension thrust arms and control arms done on drivers and passenger side. We also did the steering link as well. On the rear the upper control arms wer changes as well as the lower ball joints. We drive the car to Chicago at LEAST 1 time per week and times up to 3. It is a 300 mile round trip. With being on the road we made sure the BMW was in road/travel condition. The airbag light has been on ever since we bought it. It appears they all do and require the dealer to charge you a $100 to plug the computer in to reset it. The service light comes on evry now an then due to the oxygen sensor on the drivers side. It does not affect anything, so I have left this til later this year. The body has a couple of very minor dings and there are detracting marks anywhere! The car looks fantastic and I hand wash it and wax it. The tires have abot 90% left as we put new tires on in March of this year. The tires are Toyo Versado lx and the wheels are 16" from a 2001. The ride is fantastic. The interior is great!!! The air is cold and the heat is hot. there are a couple pixel lines burned out in the radio, but you can still view the station ok. It is only on the radio stations. The stereo and DSP works perfect and sounds great. The 6 disk changer works as it should. The spare tire and original tool kit are in place. Rest assured this car is road ready! I have WAY WAY WAY more in the car than what we are selling it for. We have WAY WAY too many cars and this one is selling.
