For sale is my '79 diesel Rabbit. Inspected 5/11. New Rokkor coilover shocks,cylinder head refinished, new injectors, new hoses, timing belt, water pump, motor mount, exhaust system, etc. All paperwork available. 100% ready to go. Needs nothing. Must see in person to fully appreciate. No rust. I found this car after being stored in a barn for 25 years. 2,500 miles were put on the car this past year. I need car with shoulder belts in the back for the kids, so it has to go. E-mail with questions. Tires with 75 - 80% tread. Like I said before, this car was stored in a barn for 25 years and not driven, so there is no rust. No holes of any kind. It is always garaged. I replaced all the engine seals. The dashboard is beautiful with no cracks. The seats have no rips or tears. The headliner has no tears but could use a cleaning. The back parcel tray is beautiful and intact. Cross hair headlights, eurobumpers, etc. This is a beautiful car. Please come and see it to appreciate! This is not your average Ebay Rabbit. Whoever gets this car will be happy. The back door cards have speakers. I have replacement back door cards without speaker holes(brand new). The dash speaker is brand new. New Sony stereo with remote and usb, etc. New subwoofer with 2 12 inch woofers and 1200 watt amp in trunk. Beat up spare tire included.
