Vehicle Detail

Well, I think it's time to downsize the stable. I really don't want to sell but it's a second vehicle and I don't drive it that much anymore. I thought it's time for a new home where someone could enjoy her as much as I do. This is a one owner 2002 Ford Mustang GT equipped with the premium package. It is a low mileage vehicle with only 88,564 miles. Upgrades include leather, premium Mach 460 sound system and mild performance and appearance add-ons. Modifications include: underdrive pulleys, Mac cold air kit, Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system, JBA headers, Eibach Sportline 2" lowering springs, FR500 rims 18 X 9 in front, 18 X 10 in the rear. The lowering springs along with the staggered wheel setup give this car an aggressive stance! Some maintenance items that were done fairly recent are as follows: alternator was replaced at 76K, replaced left hub assembly at 78K and the right one at 84K. Just replaced brake pads in March '10 with 84K. Two new tires (Nitto 555's) on the front that have less than 2K miles. It just got a new Interstate battery in the last month. The car does have minor wear consistent with age and mileage. The front splitter is scuffed on the bottom. There is a minor scrape and rub in both the front and rear bumper covers. There is a small chip in approximately the middle of the hood. The Mach 460 radio works but the CD changer is inoperable. Probably not a major deal considering most people swap out the factory radio for an aftermarket unit or wind up using an Ipod or MP3 these days. The left bolster on the driver seat is cracked and worn which is typical for these cars. The rear tires will probably need to be replaced at some point in the near future. The car needs a new clutch but is still driveable and runs strong. I was actually going to replace the clutch before I listed it but then thought that the next owner may want to add the clutch of their choice. I was going to go with another OEM assembly whereas, someone may look to go with a RAM or McLeod HD clutch depending on how they plan on using the vehicle. This car is extremely reliable and could be a great daily driver or strip car! Other than that, it's been a great car and a blast to drive! With a little TLC, she could be just like new! There is a $500.00 dollar non-refundable deposit required within 48 hours of the winning bid. The remaining balance is due within 10 days from the end of the auction. I accept Paypal for initial deposit. Balance must be paid for in cash or certified check. There is no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I do reserve the right to end the auction at any time as the car is available for sale locally. Thank you for looking and good luck bidding! On Jul-29-11 at 18:55:39 PDT, seller added the following information: Well, I think it's time to downsize the stable.
