THIS 2003 MERCEDES BENZ CL600 SAYS ONE THING - GET THE @#$% OUT OF MY WAY!! It should come with a giant windshield banner that says “Attention slower traffic and low flying airplanes: please move over immediately. This means you.” This is the automotive equivalent of bringing a machine gun to a knife fight. This CL600 with its options topped $134K in 2003! When you floor the throttle, you had better be pointing in the right direction and paying attention, because you are going to be where you pointed RIGHT NOW. It’s like a warp drive for the highways of planet earth. This is a one-owner Texas CL600. No accidents or paintwork EVER. This CL600 has an excellent and complete service history at an authorized MB dealer. It has the AMG sport package, everything works, and has gone through multiple per-purchase inspections including one at an authorized MB dealer. No stories, so please read on to find out more. -- Here she is in all her glory -- >Please let me stop you now if you are looking for an inexpensive, needy, or average CL600 like most of them for sale. This is not that car. I am hired by clients to buy over twenty AMG and 600-series Mercedes each year, and I can tell you there is ONE thing I look for: a car with a no-expense spared, documented, service and maintenance history. This is that car. I am holding in my hands over $20,000 (YES, TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) in maintenance and repair invoices from MB San Antonio. The Fidelity warranty of this car’s one and only owner covered a good portion of that tab, and they paid the rest in cash. THAT’S why you buy this car. Now YOU are not the one that has to replace the airmatic struts, the coolant charge pump, the keyless go module, the hydraulic trunk closer, the coil packs, the spark plugs, and on and on and on. IT WAS ALREADY DONE, and all done since 2007 in the last 20K miles! Ask any other seller if they will take their CL600 to an authorized Benz dealer for a full inspection and fix whatever is found. The answer will be “NO”. Please understand, with these cars, you get what you pay for. I paid top-dollar to get this car, because it DESTROYED every other CL600 I looked at for cosmetics and mechanicals. There are beater CL’s, nice CL’s, and mint CL’s. This one is mint…..period. Here's the deal: -- This is a 2003 CL600 in 744 brilliant silver metallic over charcoal leather interior, with matching black carpets and grey alcantara headliner. It is a one owner car, always in Texas, has 66,xxx miles, looks like a million bucks, and no rust or rot anywhere. This car was LOVED, and has NEVER had any paint or bodywork to its body panels. Other than the front bumper cover, which I will refinish for the winning bidder, there is not a single ding, dent, scuff, or scratch anywhere…it’s unreal. -- -- Exterior 9.90 out of 10 - Fantastic overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings. No dents. No scuffs. ZERO. This CL600 looks amazing, with a deep shine to the silver metallic paint that's like looking into an endless mirror. This car has been paint metered and every body panel is original and wears its original paint. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage. Imagine getting an 8 year old metallic silver car with no swirl marks or spiderwebs in the paint….amazing! -- -- The lower side-body moldings are in great shape. The chrome, rubber, glass, and trim is all excellent and original. No oxidation, fade, wear, rust, etc. Look at the body panels.....they are laser straight. -- -- This CL600 is nicely optioned, with an original MSRP of more than $134K! Options include multi-contour active ventilated seats, AMG sport package, keyless go, trunk closer, and CD changer. Wow! -- -- It currently wears 18” AMG multi-spoke wheels, all true and in excellent condition. The Michelin 245/45/18 tires are getting low, but at the BIN price I will include a BRAND NEW set of Ventus V12 Evo max performance tires. This CL600 has a fresh alignment and balancing of all tires. It goes arrow-straight down the road at high speed with no shimmy, pull, or anything else. -- -- Interior 10 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, wood, and carpets are in great original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, zero wear of any kind on the leather. Everything looks and feels new. This is not the typical worn CL - this car was garaged every day of its life and it shows. No refinishing either, this is the ORIGINAL UNTOUCHED interior, without even any type of detailing, just a wash and a vacuum off the truck from Texas to PA. -- -- The door panels and wood trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. -- -- Even the trunk and spare are mint, MB CD changer in place, tool roll is in place. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory/pulse, top motors, and power mirrors work perfectly. Vacuum lock system, nav, remote key, interior lights all operating as they should. -- -- The ABC system is operating properly with no leaks. The service history is UNREAL, extensive and documented all at the MB dealer. ABC struts, coolant charge pump, both coil packs, all 24 spark plugs, filters, gaskets, and more were all done within the last 15K miles! That’s well over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS of work at the MB dealer! And another ten thousand back to 2007! The HVAC system is fast to respond, and operates perfectly with scalding hot heat and ice-cold A/C. Seat heaters and seat A/C all working properly. -- -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. You can NOT tell when this car is running at idle! Transmission is smooth yet very aggressive, and downshifts eagerly to catapult you into the next county. No abrupt engagement, just silky smooth shifts. She runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks....NONE. -- -- This CL600 has passed THREE inspections with flying colors. A pre-purchase overall inspection with paint meter and test drive, a suspension/brake/wheel/tire/exhaust inspection, and an authorized Mercedes Benz dealer has gone over the car as well. After their final and thorough inspection for any problems, she’s ready to roll. -- -- Engine is VERY VERY strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, no worn tie rod ends, ball joints, struts, or anything else. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. ZERO leaks or noises. This car drives and handles like new. -- -- This CL600 comes with all the books, tools, nav CD’s, multiple keys and keyless-go cards, and EVERY SINGLE MB service record since new, all the way back to day one! No expense spared maintenance and repairs. Look at the paperwork! -- -- This CL600 does not have any signs of wear, no rubber rot, no leaks, no ABC problems, no lukewarm A/C....NOTHING. Everything is in fantastic shape, and at 66K miles, it's not even close to broken in yet! -- -- If someone selects the buy-it-now option, I will provide the following: the refinishing of the front plastic bumper cover to get rid of parking nics and scratches. The new set of Ventus V12 tires. A full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also supply Toughguard protectant for the paint, which you have to see to believe. It will bead water, seal, and UV protect the paint for FIVE YEARS, GUARANTEED....no future waxings necessary. I know it sounds like a B.S. late-night TV claim, but it's not; dealers charge $695 and up for this stuff, and it really works. I will also include floor mats and Mercedes OEM touch-up paint. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.
