HEATED SEATS,SUNROOF,DUAL POWER SEATSNICE BLACK LEATHER SEATS, POWER WINDOWS,DOORS,MIRROR,STEERING, As seen in the pictures this nice looking 1999 Mercedes E430 Sport Sedan has no major damage besides some paint issues and a light rear end tap as seen in the pics. This Benz was directly purchased from insurance auctions in the condition you see it in the pics for resale. No middleman involved. Looks like the right rear wheel was busted and spare is installed. Has some body paint scratches here and there but a noticeable scrape on the right rear door/quarter (see pic). Paint on the hood has faded. Rear trunk lid does not close due to the rear end tap. The car lot runs drives and engine runs great and we were able to test drive the car in our lot. The car obviously needs some work but nothing major as compared to a badly wrecked salvage vehicle. ALL AIRBAGS GOOD !!! Car starts and ENGINE RUNS GOOD. Also, comes with an aftermarket Panasonic CD/TV/DVD player but is asking for some sort of a code/id to operate (see pics) 7" screen should fold in and out automatically but looks like the its getting stuck somewhere and we were able to pull it out manually and push it in. Interior is in better shape than the exterior with nice black leather. Leather seats in pretty good condition with no observed tears or rips. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.

We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
