This is a rare, unmolested 1964 AMC Rambler Cross Country 660. Original and factory straight. Three speed on the column with working overdrive. This car can be a daily driver as is, or a perfect candidate for restoration. The seat covers are factory original with the original seats untouched beneath. See photo. This is a two-owner car that a friend found in a storage unit and he has taken the time to get the car in excellent running condition. It travels down the road safe and straight @ 65 MPH. There is no rust other than some surface spots in the trunk well area, easily eliminated. The engine compartment is original other than a new alternator. The roof rack with integral tie downs is factory original. The owner had the car painted and then placed it in storage resulting in surface bubbles on the top half of the body. Personally, I would repaint this unique color combination again. There is no radio nor has there ever been one installed. The auto is easy to drive although no power steering. There is a small rock chip in the windshield. Tires are 90 % This car is an original Pierce County, Washington, two-owner vehicle. Super cool. Note the large, easy-to-see-through windows.
