Hello, We have a 1987 Suzuki Samurai 4X4 for sale. Extremely straight and rust free. Someone has spent alot of time and money building this right. It has the 4 cyl. with the 5 speed. Has been lifted and done right. New front and rear end. Aisin locking hubs. I am unsure of the axles and gears. Runs and drives excellent. Has a new soft top. New brakes. Later model transmission. New heavy duty clutch and cable. New starter and battery. Newer plugs and wires. Oil always changed. New water pump. Aftermarket Weber carb, with new intake. Looks like the head is new or rebuilt. Very clean and fun to drive. All of the lights work, heater works awesome. New muffler system. This little bugger gets the looks. It can climb a tree too, I'm sure. Has been well taken care of and not abused. Has a jeep rear seat that is nice and comfy! 4X4 works great. If you need specific information, please don't hesitate to ask. Thought I would take a little more time and tell you a bit more about the little bugger. I took this as a trade on a rig I had for sale. I work alot of hours and have very little free time, so 4X4'ing is not high on the list of things to do, and I have enough cars already! I got this from a military guy who bought it when he got back from Iraq. Alot of the work was done when he purchased it. The dash has been replaced at some point, which messed up the miles, which messed up the carfax, as you can all see!! This is a very straight little truck with virtually no rust anywhere! The underside is undercoated and like new. I tried to show this in some of the pics. It does not have air conditioning. I have had alot of questions regarding the gearing, and how fast it will go down the road. I have had it to about 60 miles an hour, but I know there is more there. When you have the throttle to the floor, it bogs, but I notice it is running too rich. I believe the choke may be sticking on. I am going to try and get it in and get the carb. adjusted. It has a nice set of progressive rims, and I do have the center caps for the front wheels. The tires are Mud King and are in great condition. All of the lights and blinkers work bright. The brakes are new and heavy duty. Four wheel drive works perfectly. I took it up in the boonies once and used four high and low, and you can pretty much point it and it will go anywhere. It gets great gas mileage too, I have been using it periodically to travel back and forth to work. The heater will blow you out. It handles very nice going down the road at high speed. It sits nice and has a wide stance, not tipsy feeling at all. It also has a tow package with the 4 prong light hookup. The motor is extremely clean and does not leak. This is definately something you could use as a daily driver, if you are so inclined. It was originally blue, and at some point is was painted the dark green metallic, not a super job, but not to crappy either! The top is easy to take off and put on, maybe 5 minutes at most, I figured it out and I'm not the brightest bulb in the string! If you have any question, please contact me anytime..
