Vehicle Description: 1966 Lincoln Continental 4 dr Convertible: I am selling this Lincoln which just came out of a long time collection. **NOTE** ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE POSITVE FEEDBACK AND BE FROM USA OR YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE BIDDING. OK now for the car description... It is recently out of Climate Controlled Storage from a large collection and ready for a new owner. Car is equipped with power everything along w/ air conditioning and cruise control. I am not an expert by any means but will do my best to describe this car and I will be happy to answer any questions. Just email them. I also encourage the prospective buyers to view the car first if possible? Or have someone look at it for you. This car has been very well maintained and FULLY Restored a few years back. Vehicle Condition: Interior: -Seats and carpet are in very good condition. -Leather is in great shape! -Dashboard is perfect condition. No Cracks! -All windows go up and down as they should. Top: -Perhaps MOST IMPORTANT!! The top and deck lid on this car work perfect!! COMPLETELY REBUILT and gone thru. -Top canvas is in good condition with no tears. something punctured the top and made two holes but not an issue as they have been repaired. Canvas is in nice shape. -Rear window glass is good. Exterior: Car is painted a very desirable 1966 Lincoln Cranberry Red. Colors on these cars make a world of difference and this one stands out. Not many red ones out there!! -Paint condition in my opinion would be above average. There are some small very minor chips here and there from being stored most its life but overall the paint is in very good condition and was done to a high standard and has a deep shine (see photos). Absolutely no over spray on trim etc. Car was completely restored the right way. Nothing was masked off. ALL trim, seals etc. were removed back when the car was painted and either replaced or re-installed after paint. -Bumpers are very nice. No rust and nice shine. -Car shows no signs of rust. It was always a SOUTHERN CAR. (see photos) -This car is very solid for its age. My opinion is... this car is ready to be enjoyed TODAY. Current replaced Parts: -New Fuel Pump -New Fuel Filter -New Battery -New Tires -New Underside Hood padding -Gas tank cleaned -Car starts right up, drives smooth and brakes work great -Lots of power in the 462 inch motor. Gets down the road in a hurry. -Ready to be driven this season. -Brand NEW HYDRAULIC TOP PUMP and relays, solenoids, hoses etc for top. Works Great. The list goes on and on. What I am saying is… THIS CAR IS IN GREAT SHAPE and READY TO GO enjoy!!! It is not perfect but close. AGAIN... ALL Top HYDRAULICS AND DECK LID WORK as they should with touch of button eith in car or on rear fender. What car needs in my Opinion? - Passenger side muffler is making some noise.
