This vehicle is a very rare true collectors dream. Very few convertibles were manufactured, and most have rotted away in the southern states. Totally original from bumper to bumper. The original 6 cyl engine and original 3 spd transmission have been rebuilt and ready to install. Car is garaged with drive train on the bench. The convertible top is complete and in perfect working order. Seats show normal wear with small seam separation in a couple of joints. The dash and console are totally original. The entire front end is off the vehicle and all parts are present. Chrome bumpers and trim are in good condition. Original wheels and hub caps are there. If you are a true collector, you will appreciate just how special this vehicle is. If you desire, this purchase includes a 1988 Corvette L88 327 ci "big heads", 350 HP engine that has just been rebuilt, bored .030", with headers. You can choose to "enhance" the performance with this engine, or keep it totally original. The car is an original Colorado car and thus has very little rust / erosion.
