Up for auction is a 1974 Ford F-100 long wheel base truck. The truck is in pretty good shape for its age. The body does have some rust but is not bad. The engine is a 302 V8 recently rebuilt. The heads were reworked about six months ago. It has a holly four barrel carb. It has a new battery. The truck runs and is driveable but the brakes need bleeding. The brakes will hold but you have to pump them. I would bring a trailer and repair the brakes before driving. The tailgate is in bad shape and will need repair or replacement. Tires are in fair shape with a spare. The heater is intact but not wired , wiring is there and core does not leak. The driver window wont roll all the way up , it goes about 3/4 up and stops. The hood has some small rust spots that I have patched. I have another hood that is in good shape that I will let go with it. I have been as honest as I can about this truck and condition. Please dont bid on this truck unless you intend to buy. I will not bicker after the auction about the winning price. The engine is worth what I intend to ask for it.. Thanks and good luck !!
