Relisted because winning bidder would not contact seller or e-bay. You are bidding on a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu 2dr Hardtop. It has a 307 cubic inch small block V-8, an automatic transmission with column shift, bench seat, power steering, working factory air conditioning, rallye wheels, vinyl top and AM radio. The car has 92,000 one-owner miles. Recently purchased from the original owner. The car has always been garaged. The body is straight and the trunk, doors and floors are solid. One repaint about 12 years ago. Minor rust around the rear wheels was repaired during the repaint and needs repaired again. A few bubbles around the rear window as shown in the pictures. The car is being sold “As Is” with no warranty. The title is free and clear. Buyer is responsible for pick up or transport. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally also. Purchase Terms: A $500.00 deposit is due within 3 days of auction end. Payment in full is due within 7 days of end of auction. Balance to be paid via wire transfer (wire instructions provided to auction winner at end of auction), a cashier's check or cash. The cashier's check will have to clear the bank before releasing the car and the title to the buyer. If the balance is not paid within 7 days, I will re-list the car unless other arrangements are made with me ahead of time. Once I have received payment I will notify you and mail the signed title to you via registered mail unless you choose to pick it up in person.
