I am selling my 1969 camaro SS 350 car, it is a REAL SS with data code X11. It has a 350 cu inch motor with a 4 speed transmission. It is not a numbers matching motor. The car runs and drives good and you can take to shows as you finish it. The car will smoke the tires in 1st gear easily, trans shifts flawlessly and it drives straight down the road. I noticed today it pulls to the left slightly when you brake, probably from not being driven often. It has never failed to start and I would drive it most any distance with no worries, I just drive it locally. But if you live in California, trailer it for God's sake! It has original sheetmetal, and it is primered over the original paint finish. All the bodywork has been done professionally, both qtrs. have small metal patches in the bottom and then finished and primed, the doors and fenders are rust free. The floor pans were replaced as well by a bodyshop and I have pictures of them installed correctly in this listing. I have lots of parts that will go with the car to finish it, and I have been accumulating these parts for quite a while. Paint this car and you will have a $25,000-$30,000 car depending on how nice you make it. I also have the build sheet which I found in the seat, not great shape but it is real. I am the second owner and I have receipts dating back to 1982. This is an easy project car, please don't expect a NEW car it is 42 years old. Check my feedback, I describe my items as they are. I just spoke with a Camaro expert (he claimed) and he said the X11 code did mean it is an SS, but some X11's were not. He also said the SS had power disc brakes and my car does not. Without it not having the original engine with numbers on it then it can't be proved to be a real SS. So, I am selling an X11 car that MIGHT be an SS. I jacked it up and spun the drivers tire and it is the only one that spun, according to an Ebayer that means it is not a posi. Thanks
