Up for your consideration is a fine example of a 1984 Ford Bronco XLT. Perfect for somebody looking for an off-road toy, a good, powerful tow vehicle, an uncommon everyday driver, a work truck (although it is too clean to be abused in good conscience), or for somebody who likes classic trucks. Or for all those reasons! Powered by a good running 5.0 liter V8, this truck can go pretty much anywhere you want it too! The motor sounds great, and it does not smoke or leak. These 5.0's are known to be one of the most reliable motors Ford ever produced. An automatic transmission puts the power to the road, and it shifts very smoothly. Brakes feel good, and the 4-wheel drive works perfectly. This Bronco is also equipped with manual locking hubs. Mechanically, I would give it a 9 out of 10. The dark metallic blue paint job looks decent, but it does have some minor chips and scratches, and a good wax job would really make this truck look sharp! The body is also very straight with just a fraction of the imperfections you would normally find on a truck this age. It has a modest lift that looks perfect on it, and is very useable for more then just your average off-roading. The glass is all good (in fact, the rear electric window still works as it should, pretty rare on these Bronco's!) and the alloy wheels look great wrapped in good all-terrain rubber. The exterior is an 8 out of 10. Moving to the interior, you can tell by the pictures that this Bronco was well taken care of. All gauges work as they should, as well as the electrical systems. HVAC works with the exception of the a/c, which probably needs to be recharged. The seats are comfortable and supportive, with only a very small tear on the passenger side and a slightly larger one on the driver side. The rear seat is near perfect, and the carpet, door panels, and dash are nice. A Kenwood CD player supplies the soundtrack to your adventures! Interior gets an 8.5 out of 10. So there you have it. If you are looking for a great 4x4 that can be driven daily without any worries, then look no further. But please remember, although this Ford is in good shape both mechanically and cosmetically, it is a 27 year old truck and is not perfect. The new owner will be very happy with his/her new car, and all bidders will be happy with the NO RESERVE auction! Please bid with confidence that this Bronco is as described.
