I am selling my 85 928s 5 speed. Only 25% of the 61,000 928's built between 77-95 are manuals. The odometer reads 65,000 but the millage on the car IS NOT correct. The tooth wheel on the odometer has broken and I bought a new wheel but have not installed it yet. I have driven this car for almost a year now everyday and have not had any problems in that time. Only reason for selling this car is money. If not for that reason I would never sale this car. It is the most exciting car I have ever owned. It has that mean V-8 rumble and I have a personal 0-60 time of just over 5 seconds. There are no fluid leaks on the car. The passenger window is up but will not go down. The fresh air blower needs to be fixed or replaced, it works but makes a rumble sound after being on for a few seconds.All the gauges and lights work. The moon roof works as well as the rear wiper. Both power seats work. The tires will need to be replaced in the near future. the paint is in pretty good shape. The interior or in good to great shape. The carpet looks extremely good all of the leather is in great shape less the driver's seat on the door side. There is an open tear. The engine is very strong in this car. I absolutely driving this 928 everyday. If my wife ask me to go to the store unlike most I jump at the chance. This would be a great 928s for someone who would enjoy a fast and fun German made car, but for me the timing is not right. If you want to buy this car I would prefer you look and drive or have someone do that for you. One man's floor is another man's ceiling. On the KBB scale I would rate the car as GOOD for a 26 year old car. Any question's let me know I will answer with up most honesty.Couple of thing I forgot.I put a new fuel pump on 6 months ago and the Battery is 8 months old. I have also removed every fuse and cleaned the panel plus relays too... Make me an offer. I'm not goona give the car away but cash is king to me at this moment.
