Click to see dozens of photos >> PHOTO GALLERY This is a 280Z Coupe Hatchback in good running condition with a nice coat of burgundy paint, black interior with burgundy velour on the seats. The ODO says 29,800 (should be 129,800). The engine block was replaced by the previous owner in 2010 after he failed to notice an oil leak and ran it dry. Replacement block has 80,000 miles. My wife is the third owner; she bought it about three months ago, but was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer and had to have a hysterectomy. She will be unable to drive for several months, and we really need the money right now. As for the physical description, have a look at the gallery up above. There are dozens of pictures that should answer any questions you might have. The tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. The suspension is firm, not bouncy. Power steering was not an option, so you'd better have strong arms. :P The alignment is straight. The car has never been in an accident. Motor pulls strong. Has brand new spark plugs, spark wires, and distributor cap. There are some minor issues that make it less than perfect: Drivability Issues (minor):- Uneven idling and sputtering/hiccup at low revs with light acceleration. Goes away above 2,500RPM, or with lead foot at any speed. I don't know enough about Z's to attempt repair.- There is a slight shuddering in the steering wheel under moderate to heavy braking, so the rotors may need resurfacing.- Noticeable bump when de-clutching; probably a worn-out flex disc / torque dampener at the rear diff. Cosmetic or non-drivetrain Issues:- Rubber door gasket on driver's side is torn (see album), but the car does not leak in the rain.- Small rust spots that were REPAIRED by sanding/priming, but not repainted (see album).- A/C does not work; compressor reportedly leaks, and the fan blower has been disabled / unplugged by previous owner.- Hatch lock cylinder does not work.- Passenger seat leather is cracked (see album).- Dashboard has three small cracks (see album). A dash cover is included. Other goodies: - Extra pair of door panels with burgundy velour, included at no charge. Currently the all-black vinyl panels are installed in the car.- New car stereo, power amplifier behind passenger seat and Sony 6x9's installed in the rear deck. Subwoofer not installed, but possible.
