1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Roadster146k Miles. This car has had 3 owners and came from California. I moved to Atlanta in 2008 and trailered the car out here. It doesn't have any rust. TURN KEY CAR- starts every time. Baby Blue with Navy Blue leather interior. Hard top with stand and cover, car cover, books, records, and extra keys included as well as shop manual. The Good: very well maintained car. You can start up this car and drive it anywhere no problem. It runs and shifts smooth, AC blows cold, radio works, antenna works, etc. Nice chrome wheels without rust. Lots of service records included. The Bad: car needs a new soft top! This one is old and ripped. Seats are starting to show lots of wear. The heater servo needs to be replaced so only AC works right now. There is 1 crack in the dashboard. The paint isn't perfect and the hood is a little dull. A lot of these old 450SL's just sit around and then have problems when you want to use them. This one has been driven regularly at least once every 2 weeks. It truly is a great car but just needs a little TLC. A new soft top would make it really nice! I hate to sell this car but I need the money to get married.
