This is a 1979 Ford Mustang Cobra Hatchback that I am selling. I bought this car for my son to finish and we have bought a newer one so I am selling this one. It has been lowered, it has aluminum wheels, about new brakes, tinted windows. I was told the motor was a 302 reman 4 barrell It has shorty headers and a H pipe under it We put a new radiator and a new HEI distributor Alternator and starter look to be new Has C4 automatic transmission Car starts up, runs and moves but I have not drove it on the road because it needs mufflers on it. They had put white face gauges and a CD player in it Driver seat needs to be fixed or recovered On each quarter there is a little dent where it looks like someone leaned in on the car but should push out pretty easy I have not seen any rust in the car Headliner and carpet look new The dash is wood grain, the dash pad had some cracks and they had put an after market cover over it A deposit is expected within 72 hours close of auction and the rest paid in full when the car is picked upOn Jun-21-11 at 19:12:55 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a CBR car, the tag is on the radiator support, tried to take a picture but you cannot see anything so I wrote everything down that was on the tag 109756 61RF 0749 1GGA DFTT M AC DRM CBR WQM 3 Since I have owned the car, the car has run about 30 to 45 minutes It needs the timing set and carb adjusted and it needs mufflers Then it should be alright to run
