up for sale 1971 torino gt. numbers matching car w/original drivetrain. this is a running driving (PROJECT CAR) if your looking for a mint show car this isnt for you. this is a nice drive while you work on car. 351c auto trans has new holley 4 brrl carb,edelbrock intake, new fuel pump, has new shocks all the way around (air in rear) new brakes and front end is completely new(ball joints,tie rods springs ect) car has chrome magnum 500's 1 rim is stock (had a flat) but have rim. this is an ac car, has after market gauges and cd player and is a floor shift car w/hurst promatic rachet shifter. car will need restoration, will need floor repair lower rear quarters and has filler in lower rear corner of pass door, fenders are solid and has perfect engine bay shock towers torque boxes rear frame all great shape. car is from florida. I've only had it 2 months wife says it has to go. was in heated storage in ill. for 4 years before I found it. I do drive it runs and drives good. ecverything but air works. air needs to be finished hooked up (was updated to new style pump) and needs recharge. Trans shifts hard and strong (shift kit) but needs a new vacuum module cause in town or slowing down for stop sign ect it shifts down to low gear but if you speed up it will shift back up. trans is good. headliner and trim was removed by previous owner and the bows and trim are with the car. email w?s must be picked up with in 5-7 days of auction end cash at pick only On Jun-14-11 at 13:34:29 PDT, seller added the following information: Car is for sale locally and reserve the right to end auction early. On Jun-14-11 at 16:57:45 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention there is a very small hole on each side of the rear window channel. passenger side is about the size of a pencil eraser and driverside is smaller. these are both down inthe lower corners. Just tring to discribe as best i can. On Jun-18-11 at 10:09:46 PDT, seller added the following information: One last thing it has rust through on the front frame under core support in between where the torsion bars come through. easy fix and doesnt effect anythibg other than appearance. Might need power steering pump alittle noisy on right hand turns might just have air in it cause it was empty when i bought the car and didnt work at all.
