1959 Austin Healey "Bugeye" Sprite. Nevada Beige with Red Interior; as it was from the factory, certified by British Motor Industry Heritage Trust. A rare color combination as only a handful was made. Has a 1275 cc motor with twin S.U. Carburetors, Chrome Header and new custom exhaust. Front Disc brakes (original drum brakes come with it) New radiator (orginal come with it) New Grille, New wiring harness, New White wall tires (also as orginally from the factory) Comes with Hard Top, Soft Top, Tonneau cover, side curtains, and some other spares parts. Car was painted 3 years ago but has some issues. Hood needs adjustment to fit better. The car drives great and shows well. Has been in many local car shows and always draws a crowd, and has won several Peoples Choice Awards. Car has also participated in 3 consecutive WATKINS GLEN VINTAGE GRAND PRIX FESTIVAL events in Watkins Glen on the original Old Road Course. This car is not a concourse or trailer queen kind of car, BUT it is a made to enjoy car, fun for all your summertime adventures.
