This vehicle is being relisted. eBay ended my original auction because I put in all ones for the VIN (I was in a hurry when I listed it). Apparently state law requires a valid VIN in these types of listings. All I can say is we live in a rule crazy world. To be sure I do hold a clear title to this vehicle and have now included the correct VIN. Since the original listing a tree branch has come down in a wind storm and cracked the windshield. Other than that the condition is the same. Here is the original listing: For sale is a 1986 VW Golf for parts. It includes the transmission but does NOT INCLUDE THE MOTOR. I will be rebuilding the 4 cylinder diesel engine and listing it in another auction. The last I drove this car the transmission shifted fine. It has a hole in the radiator. It has many good parts including a new fender on the driver's side. If you have an older Golf that you are fixing up or keeping on the road then this may be a good parts car for you. Starting price is $1 with no reserve, local pickup only, and you must take the entire car. I will not sell individual parts off of the car because I want the whole thing gone. I'd rather the car go to someone who can use the parts but if no one buys it then it will go to the scrapyard.
