This auction is for a manual 2006 Nissan 350z base that I bought new in March 2006. It currently has ~89200 miles and I would say for the most part has standard wear and is in good condition (minus fender, see details below). It has a clear title, but is marked as duplicate due to my bank not asking me for the original title when I refinanced. It is completely stock and never been raced or modified in any way. It has been garage kept for the last 3 years. WindowsIt has 30% window tint all around, the side windows have stayed color stable but unfortunately the rear tint has purpled over time. The windshield was replaced less than 200 miles ago. EngineThis was first year with the "rev-up" engine and was rated at 300hp from the factory. Again the engine has never been modified and still runs very strong. ExteriorI would say the car has normal wear for nearly 90k miles however there has been a slight repair to the driver's side fender. I would say the repair is 80% of perfect, but at close range is noticeable (See pictures). A new professionally painted fender can be bought here on eBay for $250 painted and shipped. I considered this but we were able to repair it to the 80% and I have been satisfied with the results for now. There are a fair amount of rock chips on the front bumper, which seems to be the norm for a 350Z due to the shape of the nose of the car. There are a few spots on the hood and roof where the clear coat has been worn through due to a time the car was parked under a pine tree. A front license plate holder was never mounted, I used wire ties in the grill to mount my front plate. After removing the front plate for sale/pictures there was a little scuffing from where the plate was touching the bumper. Wheels / TiresAll four wheels have been resurfaced and repainted and are in great condition. The all-season tires have approximately 25K miles on them and are in good condition and have a decent amount of life left. AlarmWhen I bought the car, I had a python alarm installed professionally by the local Circuit City. It provides a two-way key fob and an additional alarm fob with no two-way capabilities. The two-way fob is worn, but still works great and it is nice to have the key fob confirm a remote locking of the car with a light and beep. It also will provide a notification if the alarm is triggered. However since I have moved in to my condo with a garage I do no usually use the alarm. KeysI have all the keys that came with the car including 2 key fobs with key as well as a valet key. One fob is well worn and the other has never been used. InteriorIt has manual, cloth sport seats which I would say are in good condition. On the "cubby" above the radio there are some slight chips out of the plastic. The metal on the shifter has a slight chip as well. The carpet looks good, however the driver's mat has some dirt on the plastic pads under the pedals. MPGIt was originally rated at 18/26 before the change in MPG calculations. I have gotten as good as high 20's and as bad as 18 mpg. On my commute it seemed to average about 25mpg overall. MaintenanceI have changed the oil every 5k with mobile 1 synthetic. It burned a little oil (~1 qt per 3-5K interval) which the dealer told me was normal. I have most receipts for the maintenance work done on the car. (oil, brakes, tires, dealer service, belts etc). It has had no major mechanical or electrical issues since I have owned the car.
