Vehicle Detail
For sale here is a 1959 Ford f100 factory v8 truck. This truck was my daily driver for 2 years. Over the past two years I have rebuilt or replaced just about every mechanical part on the truck. It is BUILETPROOF RELIABLE AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DRIVE IT TO ANYWHERE TOMORROW. Truck has the original 292 y-block, great compression all cylinders, no smoke ever. Perfectly patina on the original paint. The front has been lowered 2" to lose the farmer stance. This baby will cruise at 70 mph all day in overdrive and get 16mpg doing it. Original bench seat with one rip on drivers side.List of new parts includes 5 speed t-5 world class trans with Overdrive modified bell housing to accept the t-5 modified mustang power tower shiftershortened and balanced driveshaftnew u-jointsnew holly carbnew fuel pumpnew water pump rebuilt brake master cyl rebuilt clutch master cyl New clutch master cyl new clutch new wheel cylinders new brakes all new rubber lines for the brakes new battery last week new starter solenoid new gm hei conversion distributer Truck has cancer in a few spots as to be expected from 52 year old PA truck. Bottom of driver fender, some spots in the bed and tailgate, steps inside the cab and cab corners. Replacement panels are available from several sources if you wish. Only other negatives are the driver window has a crack in the glass and the splines on the window regulators are stripped. I have some replacements with good splines that are included in the sale. Other parts included are an oil filter adapter to change from the stock canister oil filter to a modern spin on and several filters for it. Check out some of the amazing y-blocks on http://www.ford-y-block.com/ and where the clutch kit and modded bellhousing came from. Please ask any questions you have and happy bidding.please look here for a video of the truck running http://youtu.be/emy31yzO9Wo
