I have for sale my 1959 Austin Healey Bugeye sprite. This is an extremely solid California car with no rust. The previous owner had the car for 20 years and it was always garaged. I have had the car for two years now and enjoyed every moment but unfortunately I have to sell it. I have recently had a show quality paint job done to the car inside and out, as the old paint 20 year paint had seen better days. I replaced the original smooth case gear box with a ribbed case gear box as the original had a chipped tooth on first gear. I still have the original box if required. While the engine and gear box was out I had the engine compartment sand blasted and painted. I neatened up the wiring and replaced all the brake slave cylinder seals and the steering rack boots. I flushed the engine and radiator and replaced the crankshaft main bearing seals front and back. I have recently put 4 new tires on with less than 50 miles use. I have the soft top which is in excellent condition with clear rear window. It also has the side windows. I have always driven this car with the top off which I feel is the only way to drive her. I removed the front bumper as I think the car has a better smile without it on. I do have it as well as a spare wheel. This car is in excellent shape and with very little work can be made into a concourse car. Feel free to ask any questions and if you are local you are welcome to come and take a look.
