FOR SALE: 1968 FORD MUSTANG COUPE ORIGINAL/NUMBERS MATCHING CAR!!! This car has a very solid start towards a full restoration! Just pick out what color combination you want and finish it to your specifications for a perfect car! It runs and drives excellent, it has been maintained and garaged for the last 7 years, undergoing a very slow restoration process. Alas, the current owner does not see an end in sight and doesn't want the car to go to waste sitting unseen in their garage for the rest of days! It deserves better - it truly is a great car! It has a straight six cylinder engine, with automatic transmission and a floor shifter. All of the chrome is present and will be included with the vehicle (see pictures) as well as misc. parts that have been removed from the car during the restoration process. This car has minimal rust - mostly surface rust. It just needs someone to give it a little TLC to get it up to it's full potential! It has brand new brakes all the way around - hardware and all - not just brake pads, brand new vacuum booster for brakes as well, the carb has been freshly rebuilt by a professional shop and the wheels and tires are new (as pictured) but we will include the original hubcaps as well. The interior needs some work but the carpet and headliner are in great condition. I do have more pics available upon request, if you would like pics of a specific area of the car, i have no problem taking those and sending them to you. This Mustang only has 99,469 on it and drives like it too! Please ask any and all questions prior to placing your bid! I will be happy to answer them ASAP! The buyer is responsible for all transportation arrangements and cost. We do encourage and will comply with a pre-purchase inspection if a potential buyer would like to arrange one and incur the full cost with a local mechanic. This car is sold AS IS/WHERE IS, however, I am an honest ebayer (please see feedback) and I represent the items I sell with the most accuracy and honesty that i can. I am very flexible and willing to work with anyone - so please feel free to communicate with me openly. I do not however, have patience with non-paying bidders, therefore, I will not accept bids from anyone who has non-paying strikes on their record, have significant negative feedbacks, or is in the negative on there feedback total (i.e. -1). I accept payment via cashiers check, bank transfer, or cash upon pick up so long as the buyer knows that purchase is final at auctions end. I will only accept payment through paypal if the winning bidder pays all transfer fees (this is usually a % of sale price and can be in the hundreds so i don't recommend paying this way if you can avoid it). Payment is due within 5 days of auctions end, if not received, i will re-post the vehicle after filing a non-paying bidder complaint with Ebay. Thanks for looking at this beautiful original classic!
