Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE The Original owner then took delivery on 6/28/75 and started a diary and documented the car from that day on. On 7/8/75 the car was sent to Ziebart for Rustproofing. Now let’s go over the car, this is an Original Matching Numbers Car that has been restored over the years and has been documented every step of the way, I will try to go over everything as accurately with the dates as I can, I have all paperwork to show and receipts for this car for all work performed. The car has 134K Miles on it, the Car has had 1 Original Stellar Blue Repaint back in 1989 (a High Quality Paint Job) and being that this car was garaged the paint is in Excellent Condition with outstanding luster and shine. The Original engine and Suspension were Rebuilt in 1996 and the Interior was also freshened up with 114K on the clock so there has been 20,000 miles put on the engine, suspension and interior since they were done. The engine was completely rebuilt from top to bottom with forged pistons, all machine work, Heads Rebuilt, New Cam, etc., etc. I have all receipts, it was rebuilt with Internal High Performance parts to upgrade the Horsepower as well, no expense was spared and the engine was balanced and blueprinted. All the Original Engine Parts (Carb, Manifold, Exhaust Manifolds, Heads are still on the car). The Original Carb was sent to Brad Urban (The Carb Shop) in CA at this time for a Stage 2 Rebuild, the Original transmission has never been touched, a new Hayes Street Strip Clutch was installed with a New Flywheel. The whole suspension was rebuilt with Poly Urethane Bushings, New Body Bushings, New Front and Rear Springs, Front Rebuild Kit (Ball Joints, Center link, etc.) The seats were recovered with the correct seat covers and a new Package Tray was installed. Everything in the interior with the exception of the seat covers, package tray, tilt column, and recent carpet is Original, the dash, steering wheel, floor mats, door panels, headliner, radio, etc. are all Original and in Excellent Shape, the tilt wheel was added. The rear was also completely rebuilt at 116K in 1997. The rear is correct, I know there is no pic, it is stamped PX and the build date is the 142nd day of 75 which is in May. This car has truly too much too list!! There was no expense ever spared on this car, it is all documented, oil changes, all service work, even gas fill ups. This Trans Am has been Meticulously Maintained and well cared for and it has been DRIVEN! Overall this is an Excellent Collector Car, it is not a Trailer Queen by any means and if that is what you are seeking look elsewhere, however this is a Beautiful Original Matching Numbers 455 H.O. Trans Am in Excellent Condition in all its correct colors Glory that has had a repaint (there is NO Plastic or Bondo on this car) and has been rebuilt and restored along the way with better than Original Parts and has full documentation (even a little book of a documented road trip this car took back in 1988 from Pa to California), service records, and owner history. This car runs and drives excellent, the body and interior are in Excellent Condition and the car is Rust Free. You can drive this car anywhere! I took this car out Tuesday to take pictures and this car literally stops traffic and turns heads everywhere, who in America does not have love for Trans Ams? This car is about as Americana as you can get, they have been in hundreds of movies and even though the Pontiac brand is dead the GTO and Trans Am Live on Forever! With its Original Blue, White, and Red colors it does not get any better than this, own a piece of collectable Pontiac history now, you will not be disappointed! I encourage you to come and look at this Beautiful Trans Am and drive this car or send someone to do so, I doubt you will ever find another 75 455 H.O. in this condition with this much Documentation and Factory Color Combination, look at all the pictures, you decide!(FYI - The Seat Belt Guide on the Drivers seat has been fixed since the pictures were taken, thanks!)
