The previous owner of this 1955 MG TF 1500 for the past 25 - 30 years was a MG and british car enthusiast. Previous owner disassembled the car and planned to do a complete restoration of the vehicle and unfortunately passed away before completing the restoration project. Car has always been garaged, body is clean however will need paint. Appears all parts are here including original parts and $7,500.00 has been invested in new parts. Most of the original chrome trim has been cleaned and is in excellent condition. Some of the new parts: engine cylinder sleeves, pistons , rings, timing chain, gasket sets, new top, interior set, fuel tank, bumpers, wiring harness, and several more parts. This would make a great project for someone. Car is being sold as is, and buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping / delivery charges. On Jun-01-11 at 18:40:52 PDT, seller added the following information: Additional parts that are not shown in the pictures: running boards, front and rear splash pans, left hood and right hood side panels complete with louvres, spare tire with wheel, wire wheel covers with MG emblem , door latches and hinges, starter, generator, winshield wiper motor and arms including new blades for, I believe everything is there for the car including the exhaust.
