One Of A Kind 1937 Ford Pick-up Street Rod/Pro Street Muscle Truck Chevy Powered. Daily driver handles like a corvette. All steel body, tubbed, no rust. Original front end, split wishbone with power rack steering, coil over springs front & rear, adjustable shocks, 4 wheel discs brakes, updated brake boster, master cylinder under floor. Motor/trans/rearend 5000 original miles, truck speedometer shows 41,350 miles, original gauges in dash. Motor is 400 small block at 406 cubic inch, 450 hp built by Roger Forbes. Hydraulic cam with roller rockers, modified dart heads, tunnel ram with two 450 Edelbrock carbs tuned, headers with flowmaster exhaust 3" out the back with breathers vented into the headers. Transmission is a turbo 400 built to handle 800 hp with 3500 stall converter and high torque starter. Rear end has 410 gears, hoosiers axles, custom posi unit all gear & no posi plates with wheelie bars. Drive shaft loop & line locks also. All MSD electronics with retard box with five different chips settings. Pro shifter with shift light, autometer gauges & tach. Original radiator, perfornance fan, also have an electric fan not needed runs very cool. NOS bottle mounted in box, all wired for cooling & warming blanket that was only used twice. All the plumbing through the tunnel ram was professionally installed for a 160 shot and has a shut off safety valve. This truck is an 11 sec. street rod. Centerline wheels, 4 3/4" GM bolt pattern, M/T tires sportsman series, 31"x18" R15 LT, single leather bench seat with snap-in floor carpet, new glass, black walnut wood on bed of box, custom hand built chest for two fuel cells ( one 16 gal. & one small tank for high test gas for NOS & dual electric fuel pumps for each tank) & battery box made out of black walnut. Restored & owned by the same owner for many, many years. I am selling it for a very special friend. Do to health reasons he is not able to drive it anymore and enjoy it like he wants to.
