Vehicle Detail

This is an original Plymouth Roadrunner, still painted in the original paint(Lemon Twist). The matching # drivetrain is still intact, with a 340, Pistol Grip 4 speed and 3.55 geared sure grip rear. The rear end still has the original gear tag on the rear end. The car has it's fender tags, drivers door vin decal and build sheet. I drive this car everyday and it drives great, the motor runs strong and does not smoke, the tranny shifts perfectly and the original shifter mechanism was sent to Hurst for a rebuild so it shifts tight and smooth. The car is a blast to drive. The brakes have all been redone including new master cylinder, new front brake lines, new shoes with hardware and front calipers. The emergeny brake was also serviced and works as it should. The power steering works great and still has the cooler in the line. The k frame was removed, powder coated and reinstalled with new poly bushings. There is also a new gas tank, new sending unit, new shocks and a new exhaust with the correct factory tips. The car has headers, but the original exhaust manifolds are included, they have been sandblasted and painted in high heat paint. The intake and carb are Edelbrock pieces. The wheels are original and tires are like new. Once the car was gone through mechanicaly, I started on the body, the fenders and hood are rust free and have been apoxy primed. The car still needs work on the door skins, lower quarter panels and lower trunk drops. The trunk floor is in great shape along with frame rails and floors. She will also need the bumpers rechromed. The interior has a new headliner and new carpet. The door panels and seats are in good condition. The seats were changed from black to white by a prior owner. The dash pad has a few cracks. The steering wheel is nice and the Beep Beep Roadrunner horn works great. All the gauges work, the lights, directionals, dome light, key buzzer and reverse light all work. The original AM radio is in place but it is not connected. If you are looking for a classic car to get into affordably this is it, I have set the reserve very low and the value will be there when you complete her. She is matching #'s, and documented with fender tags and build sheet and you can't forget the greatest shifter ever installed in a car, the Pistol Grip!! Good luck bidding!!
