Hello biddersYou are bidding on a 2004 dodge stratus. The vehicle is in decent shape, but does need a little bit of work. Auto body mans dream. Vehicle runs and drives perfectly. Does not leak/ burn oil, smoke etc. See pics for body work needed. As far as I can see, it is lightly cosmetic things the car could use, but could probably be driven to anywhere you would want to take it. The only thing I can really see myself after looking the car over is a driver side skirt, a new front bumper cover, a few dents on the roof, a rear passenger tail light, and the gear shift knob needs replaced. Other than that, there is a little common wear and tear on the outside of the car (normal use), but overall is in fair shape. The interior is fair, and has no major flaws. Here is the story:I own an autobody shop and had a customer call me to tell me he had a small accident on an icy road where he slid off a few feet into some deep snow on the side of the road. He told me he had triple a pick it up and wanted to know if he could have them drop it off at my shop so he could have us do the repairs. I told him yes, and when the driver dropped the car in my lot, he told me I was responsible for the tow charges. I paid them and figured I would square up with the owner when the job was completed. The owner then turned it in on his insurance, then when he got the check for damages, decided to go buy a pick up truck instead of having me do the repairs. I did inform him that the vehicle still had the tow charges owed that I had to pay, and wanted him to come down to square up with me on that bill. A month went by, and I never heard from him. I tried several times to work something out with him, and reminded him that until I was paid, I was attaching storage charges til the debt was squared up. He then decided to offer to just sign the title over to me and let me have it instead of paying me the accrued charges. So, It is now mine, and I have too many customer jobs to deal with, so I have decided to just list it with no reserve and just get whatever it goes for. It is a clean title. It is originally from florida according to the title research i did, so it has no rust what so ever. NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!! I do want half of the final amount via paypal at the end of the auction, and paid in full within two weeks of the close of the auction. I will not end the auction early, and do not want anyone wasting my time if you do not plan to stick to my terms. If you have any questions, please call me.
