Hello everyone, you are looking at pictures of a totally rust free 1985 Chevrolet 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive pickup. This truck started life out from the factory as a Diesel, it now has a small block Chevy V8 in it. This truck is loaded with all the Silverado options. The options include power windows, door locks,dual gas tanks tilt cruise, etc.. The body and frame are 100% RUST FREE AND TOTALLY DRY, INCLUDING ALL THE CAB MOUNTS. This is a great project truck for off-road use or a great starting point for a full restoration. The motor is a small block V8 of some sort, and the transmission is a 700 R4 automatic overdrive with a part time NP 208 transfer case, both trans and transfer case work. The motor runs ok and blows a little smoke at first start up. The interior will need to be redone. The exterior is in good overall shape with just a few dents. The floor of the bed and wheel wells are in nice shape. The floor in the cab is in excellent shape. The truck has a 4 inch suspension lift on it. The tires are wore out dry cracked 33's on steel wheels. The truck runs and drives ok, BUT plan on going through the whole thing. The front drive shaft was removed because it did not clear the headers, it has since been lost. The truck will come with a clear Arizone title. This truck is smog exempt in CA, due to the Diesel registration. I think that should cover everything, if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to call or write at any time.
