tires are new, rims are nice, paint excellent. This little bike runs great and looks very nice, kick start only but starts so easily really a fun little machine. There are a few little dings in the front fender look closely at the pictures and a blemish in the seat not a hole but a blemish hardly noticeable. All in all this is a great bike you can have hours of fun with.
