Rare 1982 T40ES "Royal Wedding" commemorative edition -- one of the final models produced with the traditional 4-valve head. All original - less than 600 total miles on the odometer. Recently revived from a long storage. New tires, rebuilt carbs (Bing CV -- very smooth power delivery), new "glass mat" battery. Rebuilt master cylinders, new front brake hoses on factory dual front discs. Best brakes of any "classic British" bike I've ever ridden. Starts easily, even from cold (Bings have internal start enrich circuit -- no "plunger" / wet finger priming). Idles smoothly and pulls strongly. Good performer, but I am "thinning the herd" -- and I find that I prefer my Norton Commando MkIII. Bike has clear Washington title. Sale to United States or Canada only. Please do not email me from Australia or Europe and ask if "shipping to a North American address" is just as good.
