1970 C 20. 350-350, AC, PB, PS. 3/4 ton long bed. Stock truck. It has 52,500 original miles. It got a replacement motor at 35k miles. I bought it from the son of the original owner and he did not know why the motor was replaced. It was done by the dealer and Was a NEW motor. Anyway it runs great. It has ZERO rust, I mean as good as could possibly be found anywhere- perfect body, perfect. There is not one ding in the body, seriously not one. Original paint, thin on edges. So nothing is hiding. It had a camper shell on it from new, so bed was never used. Has a plastic liner in it now to protect it. Interior is mint, except diver seat is torn on driver butt. Floors still have their paint. Needs AC service and tires (from age not wear). Glass is all perfect, weatherstripping is nice. When you drive this one it feels solid, no squeekes, rattles nothing. It has had a disk Brake conversion on the front, newer rancho shocks all around and new front end bushings. newer shocks. New alt, new edlebrock intake and carb (otherwise stock). I kept original carb, intake, distributor, and are included. It is as clean underneath as the top. Not even surface rust under it like you would expect, no dirt, grease or mud buildup underneath either. Really a rare truck in this condition. Was sitting for a few years, I have been driving it but it will need a few things- AC service , tires (age not wear). Has dual tanks, new windshield and rubber, tow bumper with receiver hitch. Well optioned truck from new. Original build sheet is still under passenger seat (doesnt look like anyone ever sat on that side?) Because it sat I cleaned the main tank (not the auxillery yet) and just replaced the carb, went ahead and did intake and distributor so it would run perfect. Idle is a few hundred rpm high and I have the 2 or 3 vacuum lines just temp hooked up but could stand to be intalled cleaner. Brakes are almost new (including front disk). To see this truck in person, you instantly know it is a special truck. Very few can be found this clean without a spot of rust anywhere (maybe a blister in the tool box door?) It starts instantly, idles smooth, no smoke, pulls great, tranny shifts as it should. This is one tight solid truck. Restore it cosmetically or drive it as is.
